Dean Micallef

Dean Micallef has held the title of Managing Director since 2014. He brings over 19 years of professional advisory experience that has seen him evolve from Financial Auditing to Business Advisory, Marketing Intelligence and Transactions. 

Dean is a Certified Public Accountant, Fellow within the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Fellow within the Malta Institute of Accountants. He also sits on several company boards and holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Services through the University of Malta.

Years of leading the team with a great sense of integrity, impeccable communication skills and a strong dedication to motivating others have enriched the company’s success. Dean believes in following a structured approach with acceptable space for innovation, excitement and uniqueness. He is keen on working with projects requiring tailored approaches that keep the education element alive. 

Starting his career as a financial auditor with a Big Four audit firm whilst studying to become a Chartered Certified Accountant through ACCA, earned him the title of a Financial Advisory Consultant within the same firm’s Financial Advisory Team. Following 9 years with Deloitte, Dean took up the role as Group CFO of the Attard & Co Industrial Group comprising of 14 entities spanning various industries.

Dean is very interested in family, sport and new adventures. His biggest ambitions are to travel, enjoy memorable moments with family and build a team of professionals capable of doing great things.
